We Art the World takes creativity out of traditional spaces and places it directly into the community.
Throughout the year, CrownKeepers fills bags with art supplies—canvases, paints, brushes, creative tools, and other materials—and drops them in neighborhoods throughout Charlotte.
Then, we leave clues. Through social media, community members are invited to follow along, find a bag, and take it home.
No application.
No registration.
No cost.
No catch.
If you find it, we simply ask that you CREATE.
CREATIVITY DOESN'T NEED PERMISSION.
We believe access to art shouldn't depend on whether someone can afford supplies, enroll in a class, visit a museum, or already consider themselves an artist.
Sometimes possibility can begin with something as simple as having the materials to make.
We Art the World removes a small barrier by putting creative resources directly into people's hands—and adding a little joy, curiosity, and surprise along the way.

ART, DROPPED IN COMMUNITY.
Each We Art the World bag is intentionally stocked with supplies designed to invite experimentation and play.
Bags are placed throughout Charlotte, with clues shared through CrownKeepers' social channels until they're discovered.
And then? The art belongs to you.
There is no prescribed outcome and no expectation that what you make has to be “good.”
Paint something. Draw something. Make a mess. Try something you've never tried before.
The point is to create!
