Gear Up For Success With Free Gear at FRESH PRODUCE by DUPP&SWAT

Community Partnerships with CrownKeepers Allows Organization to Offer Free Clothing to Students in the Area

Offering the unique fusion of shopping and philanthropy, the program aptly named “The Closet,” is a shopping experience where students, aged 23 and under, have the opportunity to “shop” a community closet of free clothing, ranging from all sizes and styles, as well as school and art supplies.

Housed at FRESH PRODUCE by DUPP&SWAT, located at 1824 Statesville Ave. Ste 109 in Camp North End, “The Closet” is available on a quarterly basis! NEXT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE: JUNE 1, 2024.

How Does It Work? Glad You Asked!

●   Students must show valid student ID to shop.

●   Students are allowed one (1) shopping bag to fill with items.

●   Students are only allowed to shop once.

Revolving around CrownKeeper’s mission to be an empowering, authentic link in the community, “The Closet’s” focus is to help students and low income families in the Mecklenburg County community have access to clothing, shoes, and limited school supply items all year round. A community-driven program, sponsorship and donation opportunities to support are always open so donors are encouraged to drop off items during designated shopping hours.
